How long are the classes?
Fit Camps -1 ½ hours
Transformation Camp classes are 1 hour

What should I eat before class?
Everyone is different; some people cannot handle anything heavy before a workout, just try to eat something prior to class, such as half a banana, ½ cup oatmeal. We want you to have something in your stomach in order to handle the classes.

Can anyone do a Formula55 workout?
Yes

Do you have to be physically fit to join?
No, but after 55 days, you will be.

What should I expect?
Always expect an intense workout based on your individual intensity level

How often is it recommended to get a Formula55 workout?
Regardless of what you are doing, whether you are attending Fit Camp, the Transformation Camps, F55 DVD, or training online, you should always strive for three Formula55 workouts per week along with your F55 Cardio.

Are you required to take supplements?
No supplements, our program is based on clean eating

Will I see results?
F55 gives you the tools but you have to do the work. If you follow F55s nutritional plan, F55s cardio program, and F55s classes/DVD, you will see results
